Painless experience,highly recommend him Noah exhibits very good people skills understanding the customer 100%. This characteristics is so important as I did not have a clue on the process.  He explained in proper detail all concerns and issue I may have had. Patience is another great trait he has. It seems his goals for a good 'transaction' made me feel at ease. Gobal Equity Noah was very helpful in guiding us through the process. Our home was in the process of kitchen remodel due to a leaking dish washer.  He was able to lock in our rate while this was completed enough to have the appraisal. Noah is a prompt and thorough communicator, keeping us up to date and responding quickly to emails and phone calls.
